Simple ways to look like a million dollars during long bad-weather-weeks.
Some Chemist told me once that all popular medicines with artificial vitamins are not worth the paper it is written on. Being on my own and also being mum tought me that medicines in most cases encumber domestic budget. I wrote down every chemist expenses and from September 2014 till February 2015 I lost extremely big amount of money. But how to avoid it if my child went to nursery and he is permanently sick? I launched some changes in our life. I give below important ingredients to avoid sicknesses.HONEY. Mortals ambrosia! BUT remember! High temperatures kills what is the most important in honey, so keep it out from oven, hot water etc if you expect miracles. I truly recommend warm milk with honey:)
- GARLIC. Smash it, taste it, use it . Everywhere.
Luciano's grandfather lived about 90 years. Until 86 he looked really
well. When somebody asked him about his secret he was answering: "Young
women and garlic with honey on every breakfast".
- CRANBERRY. I love it. Especially, my homemade mousse with joghurt. Did you know how many nourishments has cranberry?
- VITAMINS COCTAILS. I've got my two favourites. Parsley and khale cocctails. Tasty, healthy and diet.
Healthy cocktail with orange, parsley, ginger and honey:
Pieces of orange, ginger, parsley and honey place in the blender then mix and drink:) I use one big orange, a few parsleys leafs, one small spoon of honey and spot of ginger ( not always).
Banana-Lime-Kale Green Smoothie
- 1/2 lime, peeled and seeded
- 1 fresh banana
- 1 cup kale, stems removed
Put everything in blender, mix and drink.
