PERFECT SPONGE BISCUIT

I have Birthday tomorrow. The problem is that it is All Saints Day, so I never do a Birthday Party. It would be awkward. I used to Chrysanths, but this athmosphere is to sepulchral.
Despite deadly moods I always make some tasty sweet cake.
I am going to do some muffins tomorrow, but usually I parade with big, creamy cake. To make such delicious creation you have to have perfect sponge biscuit. 
I'm giving my recipe below:

For 1 egg:
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 1 spoon of  cake flour 
  • 1 spoon of starch (flour)
  • 1/4 small spoon of baking powder for every 3 spoons of flour

Short instruction:
  • Whip egg white for  stiff foam
  • Whip still but put sugar into white egg foam
  • Put progressively yolks
  • in the end, put all powders, very slow and delicate ( don't whip by mixer in this moment)
  • Put your dough into baking sheet
  • Bake in 180 Celcius degrees for 35-45 minutes
