How to occupy your child "wisely"
when traditional methods are defeated and there is left only one way.....electronical....
ok. I am enemy for giving children watching TV all day or give them many computer games...BUT there are moments when child is bored, you are tired or just have to wash the dishes and there is no way to keep child in his room playing his toys. So, what to do?
If you have cable television you can buy package of Kids programms. They are relatively cheap. Nowadays there are many of interactive and teaching cartoons. I recommend cartoons like:
Dora the Explorer teach how to count, save friend, be good etc. Lucek counts to 20 due to Dora:)
Bubble Guppies are friendly. There is many music and songs. Albeit a formula of the cartoon may sound stupid, programme teach a lot. Lucek spins a tales about cowboys and Sphinx nose all the time:)
Lucian is still counting due to this game.

oh, well... who doesn't like Gummi Bears?:)
So maybe there are many superior and ambitious ways to occupy your child, but I truly believe that one cartoon per a day and the wise one, can bring more profits then damages. And you can wash the dishes or write some post to school:) Please, don't be ashamed that you let your child watch TV sometimes. "Eco-know-all" parents may have put into rotation none-tv trend, but everything can be good, you just need proportion:)
Even so, READ to your child. Lucek knows all hard words and builds long, funny and inteligent sentences due to fact, that I read him before sleep- practically every day:))
